Comics
- Termination Shock - Find it at the back of a bus on the highway.
- Accretion - Look by the bar after Ellie saves you from being attacked.
- Deep Phase - Behind a door just after you hook up with Sam and Henry.
- Force Carrier - You'll receive this at the beginning of the chapter.
- Antiparticles - On the boat at the beach.
- Messenger Particle - In the bathroom of the third house you can enter after the sewer.
- Foreign Element - Right before going under the bridge at the beginning, by a car.
- Zero Point - Ellie's hiding room in The Ranch.
- Free Radicals - Go back straight away from the start and take it from the bonnet of a car.
- Uncertainty - In a room near the entrance of the deer-hunting building.
- Negentropy - On a green bench after you crawl through the first pipe.
- Precipitate - In the bathroom at the checkpoint.
- Catalysis - At the end of one of the air ducts during the water section.

- Singularity - In a battered truck to the right of the woods.
