Candy is an important part of any Halloween and the Fortnitemares event in Fortnite.
Finding candy is one of the Fortnitemares quest you can complete this Halloween, so you need to know where to find candy on Fortnite map.
Completing this quest will reward you with 2,800k XP for Season 8's Battle Pass and progress towards unlocking some of the Fortnitemares rewards.
Once you've found enough candy, you can eliminate an opponent with a Pumpkin Launcher.
Note this particular challenge is no longer able to be completed. What's new? Chapter 3 Season 3 has arrived! New additions include Reality Seeds and Saplings and riding animals, along with the new Battle Pass, characters collection and map changes. It's a good idea to know how to get XP fast in Fortnite.
Where to find candy in Fortnite explained
The easiest way to find candy for this Fortnitemares quest in Fortnite is visit either Lazy Lake, Pleasant Park or Retail Row. There you'll be able to find buckets or pumpkins full of sweets outside houses, which, when destroyed, will drop candy.
You may find candy in other locations, but, due to the higher quantity of houses found within landmarks, we recommend visiting these locations.
To complete this quest, you simply need to pick the candy up. If, however, you eat the candy, you'll find it provides you with a number of bonuses - from a faster running speed to restoring some health.
It's important to note that, at the time of writing, your progress for this quest will only appear on-screen when you're either eliminated or win the match. You can, however, check your progress by visiting the quest menu during the match.
