In addition to the main festival site there are five other festival outposts around the map. In order to unlock outposts you need to complete corresponding expeditions. You can unlock them in any order you choose, leading to your own unique path to events, showcases or stories.

This is the main festival site.
To unlock it you must complete Tulum Expedition. It unlocks the Road Racing events.
To unlock it you must complete Baja Expedition. It unlocks the Cross Country Racing events.

To unlock it you must complete the Hot Wheels Expedition. This is the main festival site of Hot Wheels DLC.
