Calventus is the eleventh Guardian Raid Boss in Lost Ark . It is the 3rd Guardian Raid in the Raid Level 3 tab of the Guardian Raid Bulletin Board. Entry requires iLvl 880.
Calventus Quick Strategy Overview
- Destroy orbs that move towards him, otherwise he enrages.
- Use Panacea at 3 debuff stacks.
- Attack from behind or to the side.
- Avoid telegraphed circles.

The dark storms and orbs that Calventus shoots forward will apply the Debuff [Brand of Windfury]. This increases Magic Damage taken by 10%. This effect can stack up to 3 times for a total of 30% increased Magic Damage taken.

Featured Mechanic: Orbs
Destroy the 4 Orbs that spawn. They have low health and will slowly move towards Calventus. Their positions are first telegraphed similar to the Dark Lightning above. If they reach Calventus he will enrage, dealing more damage. Spread out around the boss to quickly find and destroy them. If you have a Gunlancer, have them taunt the boss and move it away from the orbs.
Primary Attacks
Calventus moves around a fair amount, charging forward and jumping backward. The majority of Calventus’s attacks are frontal. Attack from behind or to the side of the boss to avoid them. There is a tail swipe that has a fairly shallow attack distance.
Counterable Attack
The counterable attack is a charge after glowing blue. The animation for this very long and the opportunity window to counter it is large.
Slam
Calventus flies into the air; then a Blue Circular Telegraph will appear under a player. If you are moving and he targets you, you should have enough time to simply continue walking out of it, without needing to dodge.
